Houska k večeři?!

Není to jenom houska, je to teplá večeře…


Když se vychytá správná doba pečení a složení housky podle chuti je to dokonce moc dobrá teplá večeře :-)

Podle toho, kolik vás bude, tolik toho budete potřebovat :-)

Já píši postup na pět housek (bulek):

5 kaiserek nebo bulek

5 plátků anglické slaniny

5 ks vajíček

5 plátků oblíbeného sýru

1 ks menší cibule

1 velké rajče

2 cm pórku

Pepř a sůl a další koření podle chuti

Máslo


Bulky nahoře odřízneme a opatrně vydlabeme, skrojek nám pak poslouží jako víčko.


Vymažeme máslem a na dno dáme pokrájenou slaninu kolečko pórku a část rajčete.


Troubu předehřejeme na 170 °C.


Do bulky vyklepneme vajíčko, osolíme, opepříme.

Dáme do trouby, pečeme, tak dlouho, aby Vám konzistence vajíček vyhovovala. Já radši měkčí, tak vyndat téměř hned protože i po vyndání z trouby rychle dochází.

Chvilku před koncem pečení položím na bulky plátek sýra.
Skrojky během pečení padly v obět hladovějícím ochutnávačům :-)

Po těchto sychravých dnech je to večeře, která zahřeje na těle a potěší i duši, protože je nenáročná, rychlá a chutná.

Variant čím naplnit housku je přemnoho, od CDD až po vybrané dobrůtky.
